This pretty and very rideable Hannoverian stallion already demonstrated his talent for the dressage sport with first successes in dressage tests for young horses. Freudensprung learns very quickly and starts to do exercises like counter canter and lateral exercises, so that he will soon be prepared for starts in dressage tests for 5 year old horses. A part from his three very good basic gaits with ground coverage and active hind legs, he convinces through his relaxed character and his nice riding qualities. He is easy in the contact, comfortable to sit and shows no stallion behavior.
Freudensprung is still owned by his breeder, who has raised and trained him with a lot of love in excellent conditions. He descends from the Grand Prix Sire Fahrenheit. Fahrenheit convinces not only in the sport, but also as dressage sire. He has become a very demanded dressage sire in the past years and due to the great performance of his offspring he now forms part of the Top 10% of Germany's dressage sires.
The dam Listera competed in dressage as well as show jumping classes with a teenager before being dedicated to breeding. She is by the Hannoverian sire West (by Werther), who also produced successful dressage horses.
Freudensprung is a very promising young Hannoverian stallion for a future in the dressage rings and due to his great character he is suitable for amateurs and maybe also for the para sport!
